Eva Milou Moison

Eva Milou is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups and specialises in legal proceedings in national and international arbitrations. She is regularly involved in international commercial and investment arbitrations and related proceedings before the Dutch courts. Eva Milou also acts as a secretary in arbitrations and often gives advice on procedural law matters such as applicable law, competence of the Dutch courts and attachments. She has extensive experience with sports-related issues; she is regularly asked to speak on sports-related disputes and publishes widely on this subject. 

Eva Milou is a member of the Rotterdam Bar, the Dutch Association of Procedural Law, the Dutch Arbitration Association and the Sport and Law Association. She is also on the editorial board of the journal Voetbal- en Sportjuridische Zaken (Football and Sport Legal Matters). Between 2019 and 2021, Eva Milou worked as a senior legal counsel for the KNVB (the Royal Netherlands Football Association).
