China Team

To address the increasing presence of China-related businesses and help new Chinese investors, Houthoff Buruma has since 2005 a dedicated China team to assist Chinese companies investing in or trading with the Netherlands or other European countries, as well as to support European enterprises investing in or trading with China. 

随着与中国有关业务的发展，昊博律师事务所2005年就已经成立了中国事务部，以帮助致力于进军荷兰及欧洲市场的中国公司，以及致力于进军中国市场的欧洲企业。

The team is headed by Michiel Wesseling and Jan-Paul van der Hoek, both experienced corporate partners. Most members of the team are fluent in Mandarin and some speak Mandarin and Cantonese. All team members have extensive experience in advising on (Direct) Foreign Investments. 

该中国事务部由魏思律和范德宏两位经验丰富的律师事务所合伙人负责，由母语为中文的中国法律专业人士苏璠和段静管理日常工作。此外，荷兰律师简颂恩和陈如枫也是团队的重要组成人员。该团队大多数成员讲流利的普通话，其中有些还可讲流利的粤语。该团队所有成员在为外商投资提供法律咨询方面都具有丰富的实战经验。

Our China team assists Chinese companies investing in the Netherlands or considering to do so, with a broad range of needed services from market entry investigations to transaction assistance, and from intellectual property rights protection to dispute settlement. In the event that specialist Chinese law capability is required, for example in respect of Dutch companies investing in China or cooperating with Chinese companies, we cooperate with some of the first tier firms in China (including Hong Kong).

昊博律师事务所中国事务部为已经在荷兰有投资或是计划在荷兰投资的中国公司提供广泛的法律服务，包括从市场调查至交易协助，从知识产权保护到争议解决等。在需要专业中国律师服务的情况下，如荷兰公司前往中国投资或与中国公司合作，我们将会与中国（包括香港）的一流律师事务所协作，共同为客户提供法律服务。

The China team has an extensive network, consisting of Dutch and Chinese governmental agencies and organizations, both on a central and provincial/local level, accountants, banks, management consulting firms, market research institutions, as well as local law firms in China. This network enables us to offer our clients a broad scope of legal services at the highest standards.
