Barbara specialises in property development, area development and real estate transactions. She advises on property law constructs and conditions of ownership, the creation and modification of ground lease rights and rights of superficies, common ownership and division into apartment rights.

In addition, Barbara specifically focuses on sustainable energy systems. This entails not only advising on the property law structure or ownership structure of these systems but also drafting and guiding the formation of contracts for their realisation and operation.
