Margriet Oostenrijk-van Baal
Margriet is a professional support lawyer for the Corporate/M&A practice group and counsel. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and company law. As a professional support lawyer Margriet engages in research on complex legal matters. She identifies and analyses relevant developments in legislation, literature and case law which she uses for developing templates for her practice group. Margriet is also Head of Templates and, as such, in charge of the Core Templates Team responsible for the planning, progress, standardisation, harmonisation and quality of the firm’s legal templates.
After working in the Tax, Employment Law and Corporate M&A practices of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek for ten years, Margriet moved to Houthoff in 2014.
