Alessia works as a lawyer in the Corporate M&A practice group. She engages in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other collaborations, and acts for both private equity and strategic parties. Prior to this, she worked in Houthoff's Banking & Finance practice group.
