Anne werkt als advocaat in de praktijkgroep Ondernemingsrecht/M&A. Zij is betrokken bij nationale en internationale fusies en overnames, waaronder bedrijfsovernames, joint ventures en andere vormen van samenwerkingsverbanden en vertegenwoordigt zowel private equity als strategische beursgenoteerde en niet-beursgenoteerde partijen. Hiervoor maakte Anne deel uit van het Litigation team van Houthoff.
