Dianne houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met transacties op het gebied van commercieel vastgoed, (commercieel) huurrecht en overig algemeen overeenkomstenrecht relevant voor de vastgoedpraktijk. Zij adviseert en assisteert zowel binnenlandse als buitenlandse cliënten over het transactieproces, in onderhandelingen en bij het contracteren.
