Esmee is werkzaam als advocaat in de Corporate M&A praktijkgroep. Zij is gespecialiseerd in fusies en overnames waarbij het gaat om private overnames, management buy-outs, herstructureringen en joint ventures in diverse sectoren. Daarnaast houdt zij zich bezig met advisering op het gebied van Nederlands vennootschapsrecht en corporate governance. Esmee werkt voor zowel nationale als internationale cliënten, waaronder private equity fondsen, institutionele beleggers en strategische partijen.
