Eva van Dusschoten

Eva specialises in commercial and corporate law disputes. She advises on and litigates commercial contracts and liability matters. Her work also focuses on shareholder disputes, inquiry proceedings and acquisition disputes.

She is a member of the Dutch Association for Corporate Litigation (VCL) and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law (NVvP).
