Hans Biezenaar

Hans is a lawyer specialized in international arbitration and litigation. In the field of arbitration he focuses on post-arbitration disputes regarding the enforcement or annulment of arbitral awards. Hans is also involved in commercial court litigation and class actions, particularly in relation to insurance law. He regularly publishes on these topics and was a co-author of one of the first books that was published on the new Dutch law on collective redress.
