Jet works as a lawyer in the Public Law practice group (environmental law and spatial planning law). She advises investors, project developers, industrial clients and government authorities. Jet is regularly involved in contract negotiations and due diligence in corporate and real estate transactions. In 2019, Jet co-authored the first overview article on climate adaptation in urban planning legislation and regulations in the Netherlands.

Jet is a member of the Dutch Association for European Law, the Dutch Administrative Law Association and FRESH Professionals.

    Advised Hansainvest Hanseatische Investment GmbH on the sale of 'The Monarch Tower' to Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate. The tower is situated on a prime location in the Beatrixkwartier in The Hague, the city's central business district.

    Houthoff advised Sligro Food Group N.V. with the proposed acquisition of the shares in Exploitatiemaatschappij Wheere B.V. by Sligro Food Group Nederland B.V.
