Myrthe is werkzaam in de praktijkgroep Employment & Pensions. Ze adviseert Nederlandse en internationale ondernemingen met betrekking tot alle aspecten van het (corporate) arbeidsrecht, onder meer rondom fusies, overnames, (her)financieringen en reorganisaties. Myrthe is eerder werkzaam geweest op de Banking & Finance praktijk van Houthoff.

Myrthe is lid van de Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (VJAA) en heeft in 2022 de Grotius specialisatieopleiding Arbeidsrecht succesvol afgerond.
