Rosalie is kandidaat-notaris in het Real Estate & Transaction team. Zij is gespecialiseerd in het opstellen van overeenkomsten en het begeleiden van transacties en geeft advies over commerciële vastgoedtransacties, vastgoedfinanciering, projectontwikkeling en share deals. Daarnaast houdt zij zich regelmatig bezig met de ondernemingsrechtelijke zijde van vastgoedtransacties en met de vestiging en wijziging van beperkte zakelijke rechten, zoals erfpacht- en opstalrechten.
Rosalie is lid van de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie (KNB) en de Vereniging van Jonge Onroerend goed Juristen (VJOJ).

Advised Egeria Real Estate Development and FLOW Real Estate in relation to the financing of the redevelopment of the Strawinskyhuis, located at the Zuidas in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The financing is provided by Bentall GreenOak, a debt fund.

Assisted Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in the acquisition of a newly developed distribution centre for Jumbo in Bleiswijk. The seller, Somerset, retains a 10% interest in the business.

Advised Real I.S. on the acquisition and financing of five newly constructed distribution centres with a total area of 115,000 m² in Europoort Rotterdam from DHG for €142 million.

Advised GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, on the joint venture agreement with Equinix for more than USD 1 billion to develop and operate hyperscale data centres in Europe. The joint venture will acquire two operational data centres in London and Paris and plans to futher develop data centres in Amsterdam, Frankfurt (two sites) and London. Houthoff was co-counsel to Kirkland & Ellis on this transaction.
