Insurance Distribution Directive: One Year Later

Almost a year has passed since the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) was implemented. Since then, many questions have arisen. On Thursday 10 October 2019, we will look back on one year of the IDD in a roundtable.

At the meeting, we will examine different difficulties with the IDD and their solutions, based on current issues. The discussions topics will include exempted intermediaries, tie-in sales and group insurance/framework contracts.

This year, there will also be speakers. Leonie Ebbekink, Legal Compliance Manager Benelux at Chubb, will be a guest speaker on the subject of the framework contract.
