Commerz Real sells its office portfolio to Tristan Capital Partners

Houthoff advised Commerz Real on the sale of its office portfolio consisting of six office buildings to Tristan Capital Partners for approximately €370 million. Tristan Capital Partners has acquired the portfolio on behalf of its core-plus fund CCP 5 LL.
The 126.000 m² portfolio includes six office buildings: Millennium Tower in Amsterdam (42,000 m²), Handelsplein in Amstelveen (13,700 m²), Orion in Hoofddorp (11,100 m²), Avenue in Utrecht (16,500 m²), Courtyard in Utrecht Papendorp (35,700 m²) and Rijnzathe in De Meern, Utrecht (6,700 m²).
The Houthoff team was led by Jan Cees Kuiken and included Paul Asselbergs, Eline van Leeuwen, Monica Sonderegger, Dianne Vos, Annelien Verschoor, Femke Schouten, Loes van den Hurk and Sahieda Nanhay-Khan.
