European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company lists on Euronext Amsterdam

European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company B.V. (EHC) – the first operators-led healthcare-focused acquisition and growth company in Europe – completed its EUR 200 million private placement and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.

EHC is established to acquire one or more companies in the European healthcare market within 24 months as from listing. EHC will focus on European healthcare businesses with an equity value range of EUR 500 million to EUR 2 billion, with a special focus on the subsectors Biotechnology and Specialty Pharma, Pharma Services, Medical Technology and Medical Devices, Diagnostic and Lab Services, Bioinformatics as well as Life Science Tools. With this exclusive focus on the healthcare market, EHC is the first of its kind in Europe.

The team behind EHC includes the former German head of McKinsey and three former CEOs of pharmaceutical companies (Qiagen, Gerresheimer XIG and Merck KGa).
