Houthoff Class Action Survey

Class actions are on the agenda of many national and international legislative authorities and companies. Over the last few months, Houthoff's Class Action Team has interviewed 35 experts from 8 different jurisdictions to learn more about the trends to come in the field of class actions. 

We have published these interviews in our 'Class Action Survey' and we presented our key findings during the Class Action Seminar on 12 September 2019. Our Survey gives a 360-degree view on the development of class actions. The experts that we interviewed looked at the different aspects of handling mass claims from various perspectives.
