Landal GreenParks acquires Vakantiemakelaar

Landal GreenParks acquired industry peer Vakantiemakelaar. The combination of Landal Makelaardij and Vakantiemakelaar has created the largest recreational real estate broker in the Netherlands.

The two companies continue to operate independently and describe the joining of forces as a strategic step in their expansion plans. Landal GreenParks is also the largest Dutch exclusive rental organisation of holiday parks.

In 2020, both Landal Makelaardij and Vakantiemakelaar recorded a substantial increase in turnover. With approximately 700 sold homes per year, Vakantiemakelaar is the largest provider of recreational real estate. Landal Makelaardij acts as a broker for a large number of homes on the Landal parks. The transaction was completed at the end of last year.

Houthoff assisted Landal GreenParks Holding B.V. in the acquisition of Vakantiemakelaar B.V. The Houthoff team was headed by Jacques Kröner and included Margriet Kros, Maartje Verstappen, Josine van Slingerland, Nathalie Amiel, Ester de Boer, Sander van den Boogaart, Jeroen van Mourik, Brendan Moloney, Jet Stolk and Claire Reynaers.
