Wallbox has entered into a merger agreement with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp II. At the agreement's completion, the combined company will list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp II (NYSE: KCAC) is a NYSE-listed special purpose acquisition company. Wallbox is a market leader in providing electric vehicle charging solutions, with nine offices across three continents and a sales market in 67 countries. The combined company is valued at USD 1.5 billion.
