Koen Hamelink

Koen is a lawyer in the Real Estate practice group, specialising in the construction sector. He advises and litigates on behalf of professional parties for the market of large property developments. From his previous experience in the Corporate/M&A practice group, Koen has extensive knowledge in drafting and assessing complex contracts. He also has several years of experience in litigating disputes between clients and contractors (or other advisers) during the pre-contractual phase, during the execution of construction projects, and with a project's practical and financial settlement.
