Maurits Boer

Maurits specialises in domestic litigation, and national and international arbitrations. He represents clients in commercial and corporate disputes. Maurits also advises clients on negotiating and concluding commercial contracts. He is a guest lecturer at Leiden University, and is a mentor at Tilburg University. Maurits is a member of the supervisory board of the Rechtswinkel Eindhoven Foundation. He is also a member of the Dutch Association for Procedural Law, the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association, the Dutch Arbitration Association, and the Dutch Association of Young Litigators.
