Nathalie is gespecialiseerd in commercieel huurrecht. Zij richt zich voornamelijk op het begeleiden van transacties en het adviseren, onderhandelen en procederen (waaronder ook in cassatieprocedures) in complexe huurzaken. Tot haar cliëntenkring behoren onder meer vastgoed- en retail bedrijven, banken, makelaars, ontwikkelaars, beleggers en overheden. Nathalie is in 2002 summa cum laude geslaagd voor het examen ter toelating tot de Vereniging van Huurrechtadvocaten en doceert en publiceert regelmatig op haar vakgebied.

Nathalie is redacteur van het Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte, redacteur en (mede)auteur van het Handboek Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte, verzorgt (met een co-auteur) het onderdeel 'Huurrecht' van de snelrecht-rubriek van de Mr., is voorzitter van de Vereniging van Huurrechtadvocaten en zit in de wetgevingscommissie Huurrecht.

The portfolio consists of 31 Dutch retail properties (mostly flagship stores), including the well-known Dutch retail chains HEMA and de Bijenkorf.
