Sofie is lid van de praktijkgroep Corporate/M&A en is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht met een primaire focus op publieke en private M&A-transacties en aandeelhoudersgerelateerde geschillen. Zij adviseert grote Nederlandse en internationale ondernemingen over een breed scala aan vennootschapsrechtelijke kwesties, zoals corporate governance van (beursgenoteerde) ondernemingen, transactiestructuren en processtrategieën. Sofie richt zich verder op de (voorgestelde) Europese en Nederlandse duurzaamheidswetgeving en adviseert bedrijven over ESG-gerelateerde zaken.
