The financial sector is subject to increasing regulation, both within and outside Europe. It has become more complex and challenging for financial institutions to continuously anticipate and comply with constantly changing regulations. Financial service providers are expected to be available 24/7 for their consumers and have to organise their services accordingly. What's more, the market demands a wide-ranging package of financial services, and alternative forms of finance are making inroads. The Financial Services Team at Houthoff keeps a close eye on these developments and has an excellent understanding of national and international trends in the financial sector.
