Atlas sells Aludium to Jupiter Aluminum Corporation

Atlas is selling Aludium, a leading rolled aluminium products company with operations in three locations in Europe, to Jupiter Aluminum Corporation.
The sale to Jupiter Aluminum Corporation solidifies the future of Aludium, with which it continues its development and focus on product innovation, services and low carbon recycling.
The transaction is subject to clearance of the Spanish and German competition authorities respectively.
Together with Cuatrecasas and Gide, Houthoff advised Atlas on the sale of Aludium. The Houthoff team involved, consisted of Alexander Kaarls, Sylvia Dikmans, Philip van der Eijk, Kyoko Tollenaar, Gerrit Oosterhuis, Diede van der Voort, Jori Goffau, Sjors Panis, Djotika Bissessur, Anouk Voeten, Lisa Stefels, Sophie de Kock van Leeuwen and Manon Hoekstra.
