Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co. acquires NXP Semiconductors' VAS

Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co. has reached a definitive agreement with NXP Semiconductors under which it will acquire all assets of NXP Semiconductors’ Voice and Audio Solutions (VAS) for USD 165 million. The transaction includes employees which are based in Europe and Asia, and relevant intellectual properties.

Shenzhen Goodix Technology Co was assisted by Houthoff (lead counsel) and by Liederkerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirckpatrick in Belgium, Gide Loyrette Nouel in France, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co in India, and Lee & Ko in South Korea.
