Esmee is one of Houthoff's HR Advisers. She advises staff managers on HR issues related to recruitment, performance management, talent development, health management and other matters. Esmee is also involved in various HR projects.
After finishing her master's degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at Utrecht University, Esmee completed PostNL's Management Traineeship. For a period of three years, she was intensively coached by trainers from De Baak and worked in several challenging roles. Esmee worked in PostNL's Recruitment Team for two years and made the switch to an HR advisory role at Houthoff in September 2019.
