Manon Jacobs

Manon specialises in tax law. She advises clients on areas such as the Dutch and international tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, reorganisations and private equity transactions. She focuses on corporate tax, dividend tax and the formal aspects of tax law.

Manon is a member of the Netherlands Bar Association and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
