Sofie is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group and specializes in corporate law with a primary focus on public and private M&A transactions and shareholder-related disputes. She advises large Dutch and international companies on a wide range of corporate law issues, such as corporate governance of (listed) companies, transaction structures and litigation strategies. Sofie further focuses on (proposed) European and Dutch sustainability legislation and advises companies on ESG-related matters.
