Romy works as a lawyer in the Financial Regulatory practice group. She advises (inter)national companies and financial institutions, such as banks, insurers, intermediaries and investment firms on a wide range of financial supervision matters. This includes financial market access, financial market conduct and integrity issues. Romy has previously worked in the Corporate / M&A practice group and is also involved in advising on M&A transactions in the financial sector.
Romy is a fellow of the International Centre for Financial law and Governance (ICFG) and is also a member of Houthoff's Sustainability Team.
