Yang Wan is specialised in corporate law, international trading and investments, in particular foreign direct investments and M&A in the Netherlands. Since joining Houthoff in 2014, Yang Wan has been mostly engaged in large China-related projects in the Netherlands. Before her joining Houthoff, Yang Wan worked in the European Union‘s Judicial Cooperation Unit at Den Haag and a Dutch law firm in the Netherlands. Yang holds the Chinese bar qualification certificate.
