Britt specialises in national and international mergers and acquisitions (including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of collaborations), and represents both private equity and strategic parties. Previously, she worked in the Corporate Regulatory section, where she advised financial institutions on financial regulations and assisted insurers with liability matters.

  • Assisted Dutch insurer De Goudse in its proposed acquisition of a 35% stake in glass insurer Midglas. Midglas is market leader in this niche market. A part of the proposed acquisition is also a 35% stake in De Glaslijn, a facility service provider.
  • Houthoff and Goodwin Protector advised Cennox, a portfolio company of York Capital Management's private equity group, on its acquisition of Lincsafe, Merlin, Cashtester and Secusystems.
  • Advised Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Core Limited on entering into a joint venture agreement with NTT Global Data Centers EMEA GmbH with respect to the ownership, operation and management of certain data centres in the Netherlands. 
  • Advised Powersports Distribution Group B.V. on the acquisition of the shares in Motovest Beheer B.V., a leading European player with the largest selection of leading brands in niche aftermarket motorcycle parts.

  • Advised Torraspapel, part of the Lecta Group, on the acquisition of Avery Dennison's Offset Pressure Sensitive Sheet Business EMENA. Torraspapel will take over manufacturing and selling Avery Dennison's portfolio of FASSON™ and JAC™ branded self-adhesive papers in EMENA, which will allow Lecta to further expand its activities in specialty markets.

  • Advised Permobil AB on the contemplated acquisition of the shares in the capital of Supportec B.V., a leading Dutch manufacturer of customised molded seating.
  • Advised the shareholders of Dept Holding B.V. on the sale of the Dept Group to The Carlyle Group. Dept is an international digital agency with a focus on creativity, technology and data.
