Lisanne specialises in financial regulatory law and compliance. She deals with laws and regulations governing banks, payment service providers (PSD2), electronic money institutions, investment firms (MIFID II), cryptocurrency service providers, trust offices (Wtt) and credit providers (CCD). She has extensive experience with integrity issues in the context of anti-money laundering regulations (AMLD) and (communication about) remediation processes at AFM and DNB. Lisanne advises on and assists with a broad array of financial regulatory matters, including market access and license applications, screening of persons, applying for a declaration of no objection and contacts with Dutch regulators (the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB)). Her clients are Dutch and foreign financial institutions, and other parties that operate on the financial markets. In addition, Lisanne regularly advises on M&A transactions in the financial sector.
Lisanne is a member of the Dutch Association for Financial Law (VvFR).
