Yang Wan specialises in corporate law, international trading and investments, with a focus on foreign direct investment and M&A in the Netherlands. Since joining Houthoff in 2014, she has mainly worked on large China-related projects in the Netherlands. Before joining Houthoff, Yang worked in the European Union‘s Judicial Cooperation Unit in The Hague and at a Dutch law firm in the Netherlands.
Yang is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II candidate and received the Chinese bar qualification certificate in 2011. She passed the Chinese fund qualification exam (fund basics and private equity investment) in 2018.
