Lotte Pons

Lotte has been working at Houthoff since 2021. She began as an HR Support Assistant and became a Recruiter in 2022. Together with the other recruiters, she is the first point of contact for students. The Recruitment Team's primary objective is the recruitment and selection of junior lawyers, civil-law notaries, and tax advisers. Lotte often speaks with students about student traineeships and student legal assistant assistantships. The Recruitment Team also organises many events and participates in company information days to provide students with information on Houthoff.
