Marjon Izeren

Marjon is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She is involved in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships. She acts for both private equity and strategic parties. Previously, she worked in the Financial Regulatory section, where she advised financial institutions and other parties active in the financial markets on a broad array of financial regulations.
