Josephine van Meer

Josephine has been working at Houthoff since 2016. She began as a Recruiter and became Team Lead Recruitment in 2018. As Team Lead Recruitment, she is responsible for the Recruitment Team. Together with the other Recruiters, Josephine is the first point of contact for students. She is also responsible for candidates who already have work experience. Josephine is a member of Houthoff's Diversity & Inclusiveness Committee.

The Recruitment Team's primary objective is the recruitment and selection of junior lawyers, civil-law notaries, and tax advisers. Josephine often speaks with students about student traineeships and student legal assistant assistantships. The Recruitment Team also organises many events and participates in company information days to introduce students to Houthoff. During her studies, Josephine completed various recruitment traineeships, including at an FMCG organisation.
