Wim is werkzaam op het gebied van de ontwikkeling van commercieel vastgoed. Hij richt zich daarbij met name op transacties, commercieel huurrecht en bouwrecht. Wim is betrokken bij onderhandelingen over de totstandkoming van overeenkomsten in verband met vastgoedtransacties en projectontwikkeling. Daarnaast adviseert hij ook over reeds gesloten overeenkomsten.

Advised DCC plc / Benegas on the purchase of all outstanding shares in the Share capital of Isolatiespecialsit.nl Holding B.V.

Advised Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Core Limited on entering into a joint venture agreement with NTT Global Data Centers EMEA GmbH with respect to the ownership, operation and management of certain data centres in the Netherlands.

Assisted Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate in the acquisition of a newly developed distribution centre for Jumbo in Bleiswijk. The seller, Somerset, retains a 10% interest in the business.
