New Evidence Law Seminar

The new edition of Civiel bewijsrecht voor de rechtspraktijk, a book on civil evidence law for legal practice, provides insight into the 'simplified and modernised' evidence law, which took effect on 1 January 2025. The key question during this event is the extent to which evidence law has actually been simplified and modernised. Is it just old wine in new bottles or a major step forward?
