Jet staat aan het hoofd van Houthoffs Employment & Pensions praktijk.
Zij is gespecialiseerd in arbeidsrecht. Naast individuele werknemers (met name bestuurders) adviseert Jet Nederlandse en internationale ondernemingen met betrekking tot alle aspecten van het arbeidsrecht. Jet heeft veel ervaring met zowel het individueel als collectief ontslagrecht, medezeggenschap en reorganisaties in alle vormen. Haar adviezen met betrekking tot deze onderwerpen vinden ook plaats als onderdeel van of na een M&A en/of (her)financieringstraject, waarbij overgang van onderneming (TUPE) ook een rol kan spelen. Jet heeft bijzondere expertise op het gebied van de Wet Normering Topinkomens (WNT) en de Wet beloningsbeleid financiële ondernemingen (Wbfo). Zij procedeert maar staat ook cliënten bij tijdens mediations.
Jet is lid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN) en bestuurslid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Amsterdam (VAAA). Ook is zij bestuurslid van de Stichting Florijn, die onder andere lezingen verzorgt op het gebied van (beperkingen rondom) beloningen. Daarnaast maakt zij onderdeel uit van een groep arbeidsrecht advocaten die de podcast 9 tot 5 maakt. Ten slotte geeft zij regelmatig cursussen en publiceert zij over de positie van bestuurders, het corporate arbeidsrecht, reorganisaties en de Wet Normering Topinkomens.
