Daniël is werkzaam als advocaat in de praktijkgroep Corporate/M&A. Hij houdt zich bezig met nationale en internationale fusies en overnames, waaronder bedrijfsovernames, joint ventures en overige samenwerkingsverbanden en treedt op voor zowel private equity als strategische partijen. Daniël heeft ook ervaring met corporate governance gerelateerde zaken en heeft hierover diverse artikelen gepubliceerd.
Daniël is werkzaam op onze New Yorkse vestiging.

Advised Albert Westerman Groep B.V. and the management of State of Art on the sale of a majority stake in State of Art to Quadrum Capital. State of Art, with a rich history dating back to 1936, is headquartered in Lichtenvoorde. The company has 40 retail stores and more than 600 official dealers.
