Daniël is werkzaam als advocaat in de praktijkgroep Corporate/M&A. Hij houdt zich bezig met nationale en internationale fusies en overnames, waaronder bedrijfsovernames, joint ventures en overige samenwerkingsverbanden en treedt op voor zowel private equity als strategische partijen. Daniël heeft ook ervaring met corporate governance gerelateerde zaken en heeft hierover diverse artikelen gepubliceerd. 

Daniël is werkzaam op onze New Yorkse vestiging.

  • Advised Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation (SPAC), together with Goodwin Procter LLP, on its intended business combination with NewAmsterdam Pharma and listing of the combined entity on Nasdaq.
  • Represented Agilitas Private Equity Services Limited in the acquisition of TenCate Advanced Armour Holding B.V., the global leading manufacturer of lightweight survivability solutions.
  • Advised Yarden, one of the largest funeral service providers in the Netherlands, and its two shareholders (the Vereniging Yarden and the Stichting Yarden) in the sale of Yarden to DELA.
  • Advised Albert Westerman Groep B.V. and the management of State of Art on the sale of a majority stake in State of Art to Quadrum Capital. State of Art, with a rich history dating back to 1936, is headquartered in Lichtenvoorde. The company has 40 retail stores and more than 600 official dealers.

     


  • Assisted Twence, a waste processing company that produces energy, in the acquisition of Empyro. The Empyro plant produces pyrolysis oil, green steam and electricity from biomass by polygeneration.
