Benjamin Houtackers

Benjamin is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice group. He specialises in corporate law and is involved in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships. He acts for both private equity and strategic parties.
