Gabriel Acciarito Ferreira

Gabriel works as a foreign associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group, focusing on the Energy & Industry sectors. He has experience advising companies in the shipping, offshore services, ports, oil & gas, and energy sectors, providing legal assistance in contracts, project development, transactions (M&A and asset deals), and regulatory concerns. Gabriel worked in the leading Infrastructure and Energy department of one of Brazil's biggest full-service law firms and the Corporate and Regulatory department of one of the most traditional Brazilian maritime law firms.

Gabriel has been a guest lecturer at the UFRJ National Law School on charter parties and contracts in the maritime and energy industries. He is the current Secretary and Vice Chair of the YoungShip Rotterdam association, and a member of the YoungShip Brazil.

Gabriel is qualified as a lawyer in Brazil and admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association and does not advise on Dutch law.
