Jonathan Rekker

Jonathan works as a Professional Support Lawyer in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group. He specialises in insolvency law, including the Dutch Court Approval of a Private Composition (Prevention of Insolvency) Act (WHOA). He researches complex legal issues and analyses developments that are relevant to his practice group. He also contributes to the content of the firm's internal and external courses and assists with the writing of scientific publications.

Prior to Houthoff, Jonathan worked as a junior lecturer in Civil Law at Radboud University Nijmegen.
