Pam de Haas

Pam is a lawyer and specialises in corporate and commercial disputes. She advises national and international clients, representing them in shareholder disputes, inquiry proceedings, takeover disputes and liability proceedings. Pam works in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups.

She is a member of the Royal Dutch Commercial Law Association (Koninklijke Vereeniging Handelsrecht) and the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association (Vereniging Corporate Litigation).
