Rachel specialises in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, advising and acting for clients in complex international disputes under many of the major institutions and rules including ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL Rules across a variety of seats. She is trained in common and civil law and has dealt with international disputes in both legal traditions.
Rachel is admitted to the Quebec Bar (Canada). She is not admitted to the bar in the Netherlands and does not advise on Dutch law.
