Jet werkt als advocaat in het omgevingsrecht (milieurecht en ruimtelijke ordening). Zij adviseert investeerders, projectontwikkelaars, industrie en overheden. Jet is regelmatig betrokken bij contractonderhandelingen en due diligence in corporate- en vastgoedtransacties. In 2019 was zij medeauteur van het eerste overzichtsartikel over klimaatadaptatie in stedenbouwkundige wet- en regelgeving in Nederland.

Jet is lid van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Europees Recht (NVER), de Vereniging voor Bestuursrecht (VAR) en FRESH Professionals.
