Lisanne is gespecialiseerd in financieeltoezichtrecht en compliance, met een bijzondere interesse in betaaldiensten (PSD2), FinTech, waaronder tevens begrepen cryptodiensten (MiCA), en antiwitwasregelgeving (AMLD). Daarnaast houdt zij zich bezig met wet- en regelgeving omtrent banken, elektronischgeldinstellingen, beleggingsondernemingen (MiFID II), trustkantoren (Wtt) en kredietverleners (CCD). Lisanne assisteert cliënten bij vergunningaanvragen bij De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) en de Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) en bij compliancekwesties (zoals Wwft-onderzoeken, hersteltrajecten en incidenten), governance, risicomanagement en toelaatbaarheid van activiteiten en investeringen.

Daarnaast adviseert Lisanne met enige regelmaat over M&A-transacties in de financiële sector. In dat kader heeft zij veel ervaring met goedkeuringsprocedures voor wijzigingen in de zeggenschap en eigendomsstructuur (zoals verklaring van geen bezwaar), de toetsing van bestuurders en governancekwesties in het kader van aandeelhoudersrelaties.
