Maud assisteert en adviseert bij (commerciële) vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling, de (her)financiering van vastgoed en het vestigen van beperkte rechten. Haar werk bestaat verder uit het uitvoeren van due diligence onderzoeken en het opstellen van overeenkomsten en akten.

    Advising the Dienst Wegverkeer (RDW), and guiding the 150+ hectare land transactions, around the realisation of the Mobility and Infrastructure Test Center (MITC).
  • Highlighted Matters
    Advised Castik Capital S.à r.l. ("Castik"). Funds managed by Castik have entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in WATR Group, a market leader in  groundwater management and (ground-)water purification from funds advised by Borromin Capital.

    Advised BPSA in connection with the acquisition of the Las Palmas mixed-use building in Rotterdam.
  • Highlighted Matters
    Advised ZWIN B.V., Aletschwald B.V., Michel Kerres Management B.V. and KERAM OG B.V. on the sale of the Limburg BMW dealer group Keram (K2M Holding B.V. and its affiliates) and the real estate property owned by the group to Emil Frey (Ekris).
