Maud assists in and advises on commercial real estate transactions, project development, the financing and refinancing of real estate and the establishment of limited rights. Her work also includes carrying out due diligence investigations and drafting contracts and deeds.

Advising the Dienst Wegverkeer (RDW), and guiding the 150+ hectare land transactions, around the realisation of the Mobility and Infrastructure Test Center (MITC).

Advised Castik Capital S.à r.l. ("Castik"). Funds managed by Castik have entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in WATR Group, a market leader in groundwater management and (ground-)water purification from funds advised by Borromin Capital.
